Amazon Valley Academy is accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools SACS and has applications pending with the Brazilian government (State of Pará) and the Association of Christian Schools International ACSI. In recent years over 90% of the High School graduates attend colleges and universities around the world.

Low student/teacher ratios help foster the individual attention that all children need. The relationships that are developed encourage personal growth, educational development, and the overall enrichment of each student.

Respect for authority which is both taught and practiced, produces a proper atmosphere for learning and building good character in the student. Sports and physical education are incorporated into each grade. Athletics are important in helping students develop physically and mentally.
